Service Desk Administrator

Reed Epsom is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to provide support to the Service Department as the primary point of contact for clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling various queries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all suppliers and clients through relationship and rapport building.
  • Manage incoming callouts and assign work to engineers effectively.
  • Complete job reports following all callouts, small works, or maintenance checks using our in-house system and provide copies to clients.
  • Process orders for new or spare parts when needed.
  • Ensure systems and databases are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with the management of company stock and updating in the system.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence in handling difficult or complex queries and requests.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and numerical skills, and exceptional IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to prioritize your own workload and manage your time effectively.
