About the Role

Teneo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Insurance Financial Advisory Team as a Financial Advisory Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex Financial Advisory engagements, working closely with senior colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of new business propositions and thought leadership materials, showcasing Teneo's expertise and thought leadership in the insurance sector.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments, applying your knowledge and expertise to deliver high-quality advice and solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the insurance sector, with a strong understanding of financial advisory services and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent finance skills, with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
