Interpath Advisory is looking for a skilled Senior Manager to join our Financial Advisory Services team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our leadership team to execute intricate financial advisory projects and spearhead business development initiatives, including the creation and presentation of marketing materials and thought leadership.
Our Financial Advisory Services team provides comprehensive support to Corporates, Lenders, Investors, and Other Stakeholders, offering expert advisory services in high-stakes financial situations. This role presents an opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with clients to navigate complex challenges in a dynamic environment. The team engages with clients throughout various phases, both domestically and internationally, across several service lines, including:
- Comprehensive financial advisory
- Short-term liquidity and crisis cash management
- Assessment and analysis of business plans
- Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
- Evaluation and identification of strategic options
- Management of internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Contingency planning
- Advisory on distressed asset mergers and acquisitions, including buy/sell-side diligence
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily execution of complex financial advisory projects across diverse industries and sectors.
- Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including leading negotiations and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional development.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and cultivate business opportunities, including preparing and delivering pitches and marketing materials.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with existing and prospective clients, developing new business opportunities.
- Ensure risks and issues are effectively managed, escalating as necessary.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Senior Manager position, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a credit-focused role (Financial Advisory, Investment Banking, Credit Analysis, or similar).
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing project delivery and delegating tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Experience managing key stakeholder relationships, including senior management teams and lenders.
- Proficiency in negotiating within complex scenarios involving senior-level stakeholders.
- A relevant professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent). Insolvency qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- A strong understanding of the market landscape and current developments.
