Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Finance (M&A) Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding & experience of the M&A process, financial analysis and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and advising on their M&A strategies.
  • Support the project lead for clients throughout the M&A process, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and delivery of exceptional outcomes.
  • Support key transaction workstreams including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, negotiations, and client risk management.
  • Ensure appropriate collaboration with our other service lines to maximise the opportunity with any given client.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting professional development and growth within the team.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting M&A transactions.
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or CFA or qualified with a minimum 3 year's experience in financial or advisory institutions.
  • Ideally 1 years of direct M&A transactions experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Execution experience on sector leading transactions.
  • Supporting new routes to market and group marketing and key account management.
  • A strong work ethic, organisational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • A well-developed professional network and relationships, clients, and target professionals.
