Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of transactions and management of projects.
- Participate in planning meetings and discussions regarding transaction structuring.
- Create and review high-quality marketing materials for transactions.
- Engage in financial modeling and analysis.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Support business development efforts through targeting and pitch preparation.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Enhance Interpath's reputation by contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects.
Qualifications:
- Exhibit strong financial literacy and a solid grasp of financial statements.
- Ability to translate analysis into various formats suitable for executive-level discussions, presenting findings clearly and concisely.
