Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer with a focus on the energy sector to join our team at Montgomery Advisory. As a key member of our corporate energy team, you will play a critical role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including public takeovers, private M&A, private equity, and ECM across various sub-sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on corporate energy transactions, including public takeovers, private M&A, private equity, and ECM
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders across the global network
  • Contribute to the firm's initiatives, such as corporate social responsibility and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Assist with internal training and preparation of legal precedents
  • Draft and review documentation, as well as manage project delivery appropriately

Requirements

  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Good understanding of law firm profitability and key drivers for financial efficiency
  • Ability to help manage costs and budgets
