Energy Lawyer - Power and Clean Energy Expert

Montgomery Advisory is seeking an experienced Energy Lawyer to join their renowned Energy & Infrastructure team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising on commercial, regulatory, and project agreements in the energy and renewables sector.

  • Advising on complex energy transactions, including regulatory and project agreements
  • Providing legal counsel on M&A and transactions related to power and clean energy
  • Supporting clients on multi-jurisdictional and cross-border projects
  • Assisting with regulatory compliance and navigating energy sector reforms

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of PQE in a leading energy or infrastructure practice and a deep understanding of the power and renewables sectors. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.
