Employee Relations Director

At KMK HR Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with employees and management.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering with internal and external legal counsel to prepare for and attend mediations and other court proceedings
  • Providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including long-term sickness and disciplinary procedures
  • Developing and implementing policies related to employee relations, wellbeing, and diversity
  • Working closely with leaders to develop local people and culture plans aligned with the global strategy
