This Is Prime prioritises internal growth, with many members of our current management team rising through the ranks. Your first promotion to BDM could come within 6 months, paired with a salary boost to £30,000.

Key Benefits:

  • An attractive base salary of £23,000, complemented by an exceptional commission structure. Achieve a minimum of £200 per meeting booked. Reach 10 meetings per month for £2,400 in commission

The Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of services, industries, and client base
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Proactively establish and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Respond to inbound leads via phone and email
  • Foster rapport with decision-makers to secure new business meetings
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to optimise existing account profitability
