Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Brackley, Northampton. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards
  • Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines
  • Manage a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth running of the home
  • Experience of quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
  • Produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
