Clinical Development Nurse Opportunity

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Development Nurse to lead and support the delivery of high-quality care in our nursing homes across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced RGN with strong clinical practice and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee nursing homes in the region, reviewing and supporting the performance of each home to ensure they meet the highest clinical standards. They will analyze key performance indicators, identify practical strategies to address any issues, and help implement actions to improve care delivery.

Key Requirements
  • Current NMC registration, RN (General), and evidence of continued professional development
  • Extensive experience in resident/patient care, managing chronic diseases, and wound dressings
  • Previous experience in a care home environment and as a clinical mentor
