Clinical Lead Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced care home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
- Promote independence and dignity while enhancing the lives of individuals in our care
- Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with regulatory guidelines
- Ensure a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment is provided for all residents, employees, and visitors
- Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the care home
Requirements:
- Experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth running of the care home
- Experienced in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services
- Experienced in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Able to maintain accurate documentation and resident records while incorporating the use of modern technology
- Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
- Able to support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with professional standards
- Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
