Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in a dynamic care home setting. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services
  • Promote independence and dignity among residents while enhancing their overall quality of life
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in care
  • Ensure a safe and engaging environment for residents, employees, and visitors
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the care home

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a team and ensuring effective supervision and rostering
  • Proven track record in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services
  • Ability to develop and maintain accurate care plans and risk assessments, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Confident in overseeing medicine management and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting residents and their families
