Clinical Lead Nurse

Job Summary:
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in a dynamic care home setting. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services
- Promote independence and dignity among residents while enhancing their overall quality of life
- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in care
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment for residents, employees, and visitors
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team and ensuring effective supervision and rostering
- Proven track record in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services
- Ability to develop and maintain accurate care plans and risk assessments, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Confident in overseeing medicine management and maintaining accurate documentation
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting residents and their families
