Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital. As a key member of our Theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional clinical outcomes.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Theatre Practitioner to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be working closely with our experienced team to provide efficient and individualized patient care, adhering to all of Ramsay's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Theatre environment
- Work collaboratively with the Theatre team to ensure efficient and effective patient flow
- Adhere to all of Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
- Registered with the NMC/HCPC
- Previous scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery experience (minimum 2 specialisms)
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated computer skills
