Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the Brackley, Northampton area.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home and contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursing staff to deliver excellent care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
  • Contribute to quality and clinical governance programmes
  • Oversee medicine management and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Experience of managing a team and ensuring staff supervision
  • Knowledge of quality and clinical governance programmes
  • Ability to produce well-developed care plans and risk assessments
  • Confident in overseeing medicine management
