Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing a membership model? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Ambassador in St. Albans.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week, where you will have the chance to engage with pet owners, support the growth of our client's membership model, and help create a seamless experience for both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative ways to attract new members within your local area, including events, community outreach, and building relationships with pet owners.
  • Manage a waiting list of prospective members, engaging them via phone and email, offering clinic tours, and answering any questions they may have.
  • Organise and run tours and open days at the clinic, followed by a follow-up to convert visitors into happy members.
  • Take ownership of the clinic's membership sales, covering core membership plans and additional services.
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for members, ensuring their journey with us is smooth and enjoyable.
  • Play a key role in maintaining high customer retention rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team and head office to drive success.
