Retail Sales Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant in St Albans/Watford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Operate the shop and its resources efficiently and effectively in accordance with senior management guidance.
- Maximise sales and profitability of the shop through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Engage and motivate the team of shop volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer care.
- Oversee the daily running of the shop on the Manager's days off, ensuring continuity of service and sales.
- Act as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador, demonstrating our values and promoting the specialist care we provide.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage others.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
