About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Membership Executive who shares our passion for pets and delivering exceptional service. As a warm-hearted and community-focused individual, you will be instrumental in welcoming local pet parents into the Creature Comforts family, ensuring they feel understood, cared for, and valued.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Craft and execute innovative strategies to engage with pet parents within your local area, ranging from events to casual conversations in the park.
  • Lead and inspire a team of brand ambassadors, together amplifying their mission.
  • Drive the success of your clinic, including within core membership and additional services, with an eye on sales performance and growth opportunities.

What We Offer

A starting salary of £35,000, complemented by a generous bonus linked to your achievements. You will have the opportunity to work in the heart of the community at the St Albans clinic, with regular collaboration at the Edgware Road HQ alongside the Marketing team.
