Customer Support Expert

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Beam. As a key member of our Tech & Product department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our users have an exceptional experience with our Magic Notes technology.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer support via email, phone, video, and live chat
- Helping new users get set up with our Magic Notes technology
- Building and maintaining clear support documentation to ensure users can access information quickly and easily
- Solving complex issues and effectively triaging to product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Collaborating with product and customer success teams to continually improve the user experience
We're looking for someone who is:
- A friendly, clear, and engaging communicator
- Patient and empathetic, with strong listening skills and the ability to make complex concepts easy to understand
