About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our ClearScore team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will work directly with our users to resolve escalated queries and provide exceptional customer service.

The Role

You will become a subject matter expert in a specific area and develop a deep understanding of our users' needs. Using data and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will take initiative to develop solutions that proactively offer customers the information and help they are seeking.
