Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide seamless administrative support to our Managing Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the MD's diary, inbox, and travel arrangements, as well as providing strategic support to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive inbox management, responding to emails and resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, booking transport and accommodation, and securing visas and other travel documentation.
  • Take minutes at meetings and manage actions and notes.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and events.
  • Complete expenses in accordance with company formats.
  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle sensitive and confidential matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior leader.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
