Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Data and Analytics to lead and develop an impactful data strategy within our client's organisation.

  • Develop and Implement a Strategic Plan: Design and execute a comprehensive data management and analytics strategy to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead and Manage the Technology Department: Oversee the delivery of high-quality data services, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data in line with legal and ethical standards.
  • Foster Relationships and Influence Decisions: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing data-related decisions to drive organisational success.
  • Oversee Data Governance Activities: Ensure the effective management of data governance, including data handling protocols and security measures.
  • Innovate and Implement New Technologies: Stay ahead of the curve by innovating and implementing new technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting.
  • Manage the Budget: Effectively manage the budget for the data and analytics function, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop Talent and Promote Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning, developing talent within the team to drive organisational success.
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a driven and experienced Director of Data and Analytics who possesses:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a data management role.
  • Expertise in data governance and data handling protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute complex projects.
