Job Title: Analytics Lead

Job Summary:

DataTech Analytics is seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Insights function, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts across multiple specialisms, including viewing, subscription, marketing, social, and campaign evaluation.
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Design and deliver high-quality analytics solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven commercial experience in analytics leadership, including multiple and mixed data sets.
  • Strong business understanding, including the role of analytics in driving leader decisions and key levers impacting leader decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of analytics methodologies, modeling, and data query languages, including SQL, Python, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the analytics market and ability to scan the industry for new and innovative analytic tools and techniques.
  • Good influencing skills of peers and senior leaders, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching of team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, manage timescales, and delivery across the team, often under pressure.
