Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Data Engineer to lead our data engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our data platforms, ensuring data quality and integrity, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data engineering strategies to support business growth and improve data quality.
  2. Lead a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain data platforms, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurately and efficiently integrated into business processes.
  4. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and apply them to improve our data platforms.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
