Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Data and Analytics to lead and develop an impactful data strategy within our client's organisation.

  • Develop and Implement a Data Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive data management and analytics plan to drive business decisions.
  • Lead the Technology Department: Manage a team of experts to deliver high-quality data services, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence data-related decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee Data Governance: Ensure the security and confidentiality of data in line with legal and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
  • Innovate and Implement New Technologies: Stay ahead of the curve by innovating and implementing new technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Manage the Data Budget: Effectively manage the budget for the data and analytics function, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
  • Develop Talent and Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, empowering team members to grow and excel in their roles.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a driven and experienced Director of Data and Analytics who possesses:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a data management role.
  • Expertise in data governance and data handling protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute complex projects.
