Job Title: Analytics Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to join our team at DataTech Analytics. As a key member of our Insights function, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts across multiple specialisms, providing high-value data analysis and insights to business leaders.
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing expert analytical advice and support.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven commercial experience in analytics leadership, including multiple and mixed data sets.
  • Strong business understanding, including the role of analytics in driving leader decisions and key levers impacting leader decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of analytics methodologies, modeling, and data query languages, including SQL, Python, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the analytics market and ability to scan the industry for new and innovative analytic tools and techniques.
  • Good influencing skills of peers and senior leaders, with strong communication and presentation skills.
