About the Role

The After School Club Leader and Activities Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the After School Club, ensuring a high-quality experience for children. This permanent, part-time position operates Monday to Friday during term time, with an estimated salary of £23,151 per annum, pro rata (including a living wage supplement of £12.00 per hour).

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Fostering strong relationships with the school to meet the needs of children attending the club.
  2. Developing and delivering engaging activities that cater to diverse ages and abilities.
  3. Cultivating an inclusive environment where every child feels welcome and valued.
  4. Collaborating with children to design and implement interactive activities.

Essential Qualifications
