We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Club Lead at Cumberland, a reputable school in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the After School Club, creating a safe and welcoming environment that delivers high-quality creative play opportunities tailored to each child's needs and personality.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of children. You will liaise with the school to understand the needs of children attending the club and design activities that cater to individual development needs and age ranges of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with the school to understand the needs of children attending the club.
  2. Design and implement activities that cater to individual development needs and age ranges of children.
  3. Promote inclusive practice, ensuring all children can participate in activities if they wish.
  4. Consult and collaborate with children to plan engaging activities.
Requirements
  • A passion for working with children.
  • Experience in leading teams and designing engaging activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to create a nurturing and safe environment.
Working Arrangements

This role operates Monday to Friday during term time. The estimated salary for this position is £23,151 per annum, pro rata (including a living wage supplement of £12.00 per hour).
