Childcare Coordinator

Cumberland is seeking a highly skilled Childcare Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the After School Club, providing a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and develop.

This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work closely with children and families. You will design and implement activities that cater to individual development needs and age ranges of children, promoting inclusive practice and ensuring all children can participate in activities if they wish.

3. Liaise with the school to understand the needs of children attending the club.
4. Consult and collaborate with children to plan engaging activities.

The estimated salary for this position is £23,151 per annum, pro rata (including a living wage supplement of £12.00 per hour). This role operates Monday to Friday during term time.
