In this role, you'll:

  • Work closely with the care team to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

To succeed as a Senior Care Assistant, you'll need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
