Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established client in the Walsall area, collaborating closely with them to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, excellent communication and people skills, both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities- Contact warm leads to enquire about potential orders and maintain relationships
- Attend trade shows to network, meet customers and gather new business leads
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Go the extra mile to meet customer requirements and sales targets
- Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information on the CRM system
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with a CRM system (e.g., Sage software)
This role offers:
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), with the potential for additional 12 holiday days subject to monthly targets being met
- Potential for early finishes on Fridays, subject to weekly targets being met
- On-target bonuses
- Contributory pensions
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
