MEDLOCK PARTNERS is looking for a reliable and efficient Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Sheffield.
About the Job:We require an experienced administrator who can effectively manage our day-to-day operations, engage with clients, and maintain our electronic filing systems.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, handle post, and assist with printing and scanning tasks.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and maintain our electronic filing system, including opening and archiving files, and supporting billing procedures.
- Deliver high-quality administrative support to the team.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and case management systems to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience as an administrator and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.
