Senior Care Services Director Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Homecare Management Team Lead to join our team in Newtown, Wales. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of individuals.
The successful candidate will have:
- QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or above
- Strong knowledge of person-centred care
- Good working knowledge of CIW/CQC standards and the Health and Social Care Act 2008
The estimated salary for this role is £31,150 per annum, which translates to £16.64 per hour. This permanent full-time position requires 36 hours of work per week.
