Healthcare Services Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Services Manager to join our team in Hertfordshire and London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support care teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
- Act as a champion for service user dignity, safety, and independence.
- Supervise and mentor team members, promoting professional growth.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure tailored support for service users.
- Oversee care delivery, including medication management and care planning.
- Uphold best practices and compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in staff supervision or team management.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Strong leadership, effective communication, and organisational abilities.
- Experience in supported living, safeguarding practices, and relevant legislation.
- Flexible, reliable, and passionate about making a difference.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of pay: £17-20 per hour.
