Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Supervisor to join our team in Hertfordshire and London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support care teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Act as a champion for service user dignity, safety, and independence.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, promoting professional growth.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure tailored support for service users.
  • Oversee care delivery, including medication management and care planning.
  • Uphold best practices and compliance with relevant legislation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year in staff supervision or team management.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, effective communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Experience in supported living, safeguarding practices, and relevant legislation.
  • Flexible, reliable, and passionate about making a difference.
