Responsibilities- Delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are respected.
- Supporting residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Adapting communication styles to meet individual needs, using a range of methods, including verbal and non-verbal cues.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional resident care and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Energetic and hard-working, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality care services.
