Job Description

The Service Delivery Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring SCDC Housing maintains compliance with industry regulations, adheres to national standards, and effectively manages change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor regulation changes and introductions to guarantee ongoing compliance. Estimated salary: £52,500 - £70,000 per annum.
  • Manage the Repairs Team, Main Contractors, accreditations, internal processes, and KPIs.
  • Report to management in a clear and accurate manner.

  • Strong relationship-building skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proactive approach to monitoring regulation changes and introductions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
