Job Description

Magicard by Brady is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive business growth in the EMEA and APAC regions.

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of ID card printing technologies and contribute to the company's expansion in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive sales growth and market penetration in target regions.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to deliver a cohesive approach to the market.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales, marketing, and pricing decisions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through distributors and direct sales channels.
  • Manage sales performance and provide coaching to sales team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of international sales leadership experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in label/card printing, telephony, Point of Sale, hand-held scanners, smart devices, or office A/V equipment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion in new markets.
  • Experience in selling through distributors and resellers.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
