About the Role

The post holder will be responsible for providing consultant-level input to our community team, supporting the development of high-quality care for individuals with complex mental health needs.

This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, with access to ongoing training and education, as well as collaboration with a dynamic team of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of clinical policies and procedures within the Older Adult Services team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care, incorporating best practice and evidence-based approaches
  • Maintain and develop expertise in older adult mental health, staying up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines

Salary: circa £100,000 per annum, dependent on full-time working hours
