NHS Scotland is looking for a skilled Forensic Mental Health Consultant to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in urban and rural North Highland communities.

The recent acceleration of digital service delivery has created new opportunities for innovation and growth in this field. As a Consultant, you will have the chance to contribute to the development of new services and initiatives.

This post is based in the South and Mid Operational Unit, with a base at New Craigs Hospital. The successful candidate will participate in the on-call rota with a 1:16 frequency and receive a 3% availability supplement.

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria, which includes being on the GMC specialist register in Forensic Psychiatry or within 6 months of an appropriate CCT by interview date.

Salary: £93,311 - £114,660 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience and qualifications
