About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at First Base. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling claims and evaluating damage in line with policy guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess claims and evaluate damage in line with policy guidelines.
- Answer any inbound calls and questions regarding claims.
- Identify potential fraud indicators and proactively escalate to the relevant department.
- Ensure clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and notes.
Key Skills:
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required; attitude and potential are valued.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the capability to write letters in line with company standards.
- Ability to negotiate and influence others whilst maintaining an empathetic approach.
- Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Positive attitude and commitment to an inclusive team environment.
