**£20,000 increasing to £21,700 after 18 months**

**Requirements**:
**Experience and Skills**
- Previous customer service would be an advantage but is not a requirement
- Minimum C grade in GCSE’s Maths and English - or equivalent
- Ability to build strong rapport with customers
- Confident and approachable telephone manner
