Operations Team Lead

As a key member of our team, the Operations Team Lead - Readymix will be responsible for leading and supervising the RMX operational teams, delivering toolbox talks, and managing all aspects of daily production. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in plant operations, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Leading and active supervisory of the RMX operational teams
• Delivery of toolbox talks
• Manage all aspects of daily production including operational costs and control stocks
• Efficient manufacture of concrete, controlling standard deviation and cement contents
• Drive operational performance through KPIs
• Effectively coach and performance manage all direct reports
Requirements:
• Experience in plant operations
• Previous experience of a Readymix / Aggregates environment would prove highly beneficial
• Full knowledge of Risk Assessments and Safe System of Work Systems
• Working knowledge of production processes
• Working knowledge of H&S and Environmental policies
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
