Operational Shift Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Shift Lead to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for leading shifts and ensuring minimal impact downstream. Your customer-centric approach will help us maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise operational efficiency and productivity during shifts
- Achieve performance KPIs such as efficiency and error rates
- Ensure optimal utilisation of shift labour through effective planning, training & development
- Work closely with teams to maintain a safety-first mentality
- Facilitate excellent communication between production, warehouse team members and Operations staff
- Accurately complete paperwork and report shift performance and KPIs
- Provide escalation support for all staff on shift
- Lead and motivate Operational staff to care about our product and customers
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of health and safety in a warehouse-production environment
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Understanding of operational reporting, key information identification and critical issue escalation
- Excellent people skills and passion for achieving results through people
