Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest care and attention, while also leading the Front Office team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage the Front Desk and Ground Floor areas, ensuring seamless workflow and processes.
- Provide Fire evacuation training and ensure all team members are up-to-date with procedures.
- Deal with accidents and incidents, calling emergency services when necessary.
- Complete regular DM walks to ensure health and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Reception Manager in a similar operation.
- Excellent Fire evacuation procedure knowledge and confidence leading the procedure.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 Qualified or equivalent qualification in Business Administration.
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- A positive can-do attitude, calm under pressure, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
