Job Title: Deputy Director of People, Organisational Development and Inclusion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team as Deputy Director of People, Organisational Development and Inclusion. About the Role

This is a key leadership role within our organisation, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive and inclusive culture. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to drive organisational change and improve the quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to develop and implement new services and initiatives
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist who has a strong track record of leadership and management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also have a deep understanding of the mental health sector and the challenges facing our services.
