We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director of People, Organisational Development and Inclusion to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and organisational development, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformational change.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to our People Directorate, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the Trust. This will include:
- Developing and implementing our People Strategy, in collaboration with senior leaders
- Leading large programmes of transformational change, with a focus on equality, diversity and inclusion
- Providing strong leadership and direction to our People team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive positive change and improve the employee experience
Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health, learning disability and autism services across Derby and Derbyshire, alongside services for children and young people in Derby and southern Derbyshire. Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will have:
- A degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent professional qualification
- Full membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
- Significant experience at a senior level within a role of a similar nature, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformational change
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
