About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director of People, Organisational Development and Inclusion to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and organisational development, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformational change and driving continuous improvement.

As a key member of our People and Inclusion team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure the effective delivery of our People Strategy.

Main Responsibilities

You will lead the development and implementation of our People Strategy, working closely with senior leaders to drive positive change and improve staff experience.

With a strong focus on equality, diversity and inclusion, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, as well as significant experience at a senior level within a complex organisation.

You will also need to have a proven track record of strong leadership, consultation, negotiation and influencing different stakeholders, including staff and staff representatives.
