About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Rhodar Specialist Enabling Works. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our contracts and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and track contract data on our internal systems, from initial enquiry to invoicing.
  • Issue information and paperwork to site employees, including method statements and risk assessments.
  • Utilize general office equipment, such as photocopiers, scanners, and computers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our internal systems, including 8x8 and Redsky.
  • Ensure method statements align with our standard procedures and risk assessments are comprehensive.
  • Adhere to all fire and emergency procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Develop strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft packages, including Excel.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
