Dutch Customer Service Representative Opportunity

The MTrec Commercial team is seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking customer service professional to join their remote workforce. This exciting opportunity allows individuals with excellent communication skills to work from home and provide exceptional service to consumers and distributors.
As a Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer enquiries via telephone and email in both Dutch and English, and providing quality advice and information to customers. Your primary goal will be to resolve queries efficiently and keep customers updated on the status of their enquiries.
You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a blue-chip company, receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, and enjoy a great team-based culture.
About the Role:
- Handle inbound calls from consumers and distributors
- Address customer enquiries via telephone and email in Dutch and English
- Provide quality advice and information to consumers and distributors
- Resolve queries and keep customers updated on the status of their enquiries
- Process inbound calls accurately and efficiently
- Make effective use of downtime by assisting colleagues with other tasks
About You:
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- A customer service background is essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required
Benefits:
